How to order delivery?

Ordering delivery from Opo.Delivery is easy as 1-2-3.

1. Choose your package size. We currently offer delivery for package in following sizes:
   XS – height: 5 cm, width 27 cm, length 42 cm (max. 4 kg)
   S – height: 10 cm, width 27 cm, length 42 cm (max. 7 kg)
   M – height: 20 cm, width 27 cm, length 42 cm (max. 14 kg)
   L – height: 40.5 cm, width 27 cm, length 42 cm (max. 28 kg)
   Pallet – regular EURO pallet (max. 672 kg)
   NB! Before you order delivery from us, be sure what are the dimensions of your packages!

    

2. After you have selected package size give us instructions, where we can pick up the package. We need following info:
   – Shop / webshop / warehouse name. Or if the pickup location is private person, then private person first- and lastname.
   – Pickup address (street, house number and ZIP code). Currently we pick up packages only from Germany. More countries will be added soon…
   – Order number from webshop. In case pickup point location is private customer and not a shop, then write here private person phone number.
   – Press Next button
   – Choose delivery method. We offer Home delivery and Pickup points. Home delivery address will be entered at checkout. Pickup point will be chosen at checkout step.
   – Enter total weight of the packages. If you do not know the total weight, then you should ask it from the Shop/Warehouse or ask the private person to weigh the packages.
   – Choose how many packages you need to be delivered.
3. Add the order to Cart and fill out your personal information in Checkout step. After paying for the order you will receive order confirmation email. After we have picked up the order you will receive another email with tracking codes and link to tracking page.
